My goal in the workplace is to draw upon previous life experience to make educated recommendations and decisions. I’m upfront and honest—when working with me you will know that I mean what I say and say what I mean.
I know that follow-through is of utmost importance. I make sure everyone on a team knows what they are expected to deliver and when. I’ve learned from experience to be open to new ideas and to adapt when a change of plans is required. An open mind fosters imagination, originality, creativeness, and ingenuity.
I take my work seriously, but stay level-headed. I support balance for my team members. It is important for each person to feel their contributions are worthy and they are appreciated. Balance promotes creativity and synergy amongst team members, keeping us all motivated and inspired to do our best.
